Products and Services

DD Brothers Enterprises manufactures and supplies AdBlue® / DEF in various packaging formats and may also supply branded products from third-party manufacturers (e.g., Tata, Gulf, HP).
All products are intended for lawful use in BS-VI compliant diesel engines and must be used as per manufacturer guidelines.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product packaging and appearance may vary.
While we aim for accuracy, product images, descriptions, packaging, and weights may vary slightly.

Pricing, Taxes, and Invoicing

- All prices displayed are in INR (₹) and are subject to applicable GST.
- Prices may vary based on quantity, packaging, delivery location, and brand.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time before or after a transaction is processed.
- A valid GST invoice will be provided with all purchases upon request or automatically for B2B clients.

Online Orders and Payment

Orders can be placed via website inquiry, WhatsApp, or email.
For online transactions, we accept secure payments via UPI, bank transfer, and verified payment gateways (where integrated).
Orders are processed only after full payment confirmation unless credit terms are pre-approved.
In case of failed payment or fraud suspicion, your order may be held or canceled.

Order & Delivery Policy

Orders must be confirmed via official communication (email, phone, or quotation acceptance).
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, stock availability, or external factors.
DD Brothers Enterprises is not liable for delays caused by transport issues, strikes, weather conditions, or acts of God.

Returns and Refunds

- Due to the chemical nature of DEF, returns are not accepted unless:
  - The wrong product was shipped.
  - The packaging was damaged in transit (with photo evidence at the time of delivery).
  - The product fails quality standards (lab report required).
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- No returns are allowed on opened, tampered, or partially used containers.

Cancellation Policy

Orders once confirmed and dispatched cannot be canceled.
For bulk orders, cancellations must be made within 6 hours of confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

Data Privacy and Security

All customer data is handled as per our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties.
Online payments, if available, are processed through secure payment gateways with encryption and PCI-DSS compliance.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Faridabad, Haryana.
